NTI@Home is part of the non-profit National Telecommuting Institute. We are an authorized Social Security Administration Employment Network. Our mission is to train and assist people with disabilities and those who care for them to get work-from-home call center jobs.

Since NTI@Home started in 1995, we have trained and found jobs for over 10,000 Americans with disabilities.

How NTI@Home Works

NTI@Home offers job services to anyone that has a physical disability or mental health impairment that is causing a barrier to finding or keeping employment. If you are the caretaker of a family member or someone you know with a disability/mental health impairment that makes it hard for you to find or keep a job then you may also qualify for NTI@Home’s services.

The jobs are customer service positions, from home, for commercial and government employers. Part-time and full-time home-based jobs are available. 

Our no-charge services include: direct job placement, and skills training and job coaching. 

No matter how long you have been out of the workforce, we can help. We partner with employers who want to hire people with disabilities; they often reserve positions specifically for our candidates. While they make the final hiring decision, we make sure you are ready. We work with employers like Amazon, Gerber Life, John Hancock, the IRS, AAA/VForce, AAA/ACG, Meijer and many others.

  2. Computer Literacy and Typing Assessment

    After you register for NTI@Home, you will receive an email with instructions to take a Computer Literacy and Typing assessment on a computer or laptop —at the time and place most convenient for you. 

    After you have completed this step, we’ll be able to suggest your next step. If we sense you may need some additional help or training, we will offer those services to you at no cost.
