NTI Success Stories

“In 2012 I started to work part-time, about 20 hours per week, making $9 an hour from my home in Georgia. My job is as a customer service agent on a commercial dental contract for a large Outsourcer that partners with NTI. Medical and dental benefits were available to me for low-cost purchasing.

I found NTI through an internet search for "legitimate jobs at home for disabled persons".  Because of a mental and medical disability (including dizziness, agoraphobia, and anxiety while driving), working at home became the best option for me.  NTI was an absolute beacon of light and was remarkable in quickly setting me up for training, and finding work for me. My vocational rehabilitation team of counselors, Nakisha and Tyesihna at the Georgia Department of Labor Office were marvelously instrumental in helping me with work barriers.  They paid insurmountable attention to me and did their absolute best to make certain that I would successfully return to work.

My job is going very well, as my supervisors really work with me on days when my sickness overwhelms me.  My team leaders are extremely understanding and patient, and make working as least stressful as possible.  When I am not working, I undoubtedly must rest; and my job definitely accommodates me with a schedule of my choice that allows me to relax.  For any medically challenged individual who still can work and wants to work, NTI would be the significant place to start!

After a year of working under my contract, I am still going strong.  I have a new team leader while my former team leader was promoted to another program.  The outsourcer I work for has numerous company contracts to work under depending on your level of expertise and/or preferences.  I have been offered an opportunity to advance as a leader under my contracted program, and determined that my current position is best suited and challenging enough for me, as the program is constantly undergoing changes to meet and exceed client expectations.  For now, I want to continue to keep up with these changes without becoming overwhelmed as a leader.  However, it is great to know that promotion is a real option, and to know that I work with a top leader in the virtual home career world that is steadily progressing.  I am still very happy and I feel very fortunate to work via my opportunity to work through NTI.
