Once you've passed your training, you’ll be emailed a link to our Careers Website so you can start applying for positions.
Before you start applying, you should have a polished resume ready to go. Don’t worry if you have never done a resume before, we have Job Coaches are also available to help.
Once you apply for a position, you will be contacted to schedule an interview with an NTI@Home Recruiter. Not sure what position to apply for? One of our skilled Recruiting team members can help determine the job that will be the best fit for you based on your preferences and previous work experience.
The hiring process can differ for each of our position. Some jobs will require an additional interview with the hiring employer or specific skills assessments.
We ask that you only apply for one position at a time. If your first choice does not work out, then you should apply to another job right away.
The hiring phase can be a mixture of acting fast to emailed instructions and then waiting to hear back. Patience and perseverance are real assets during this step!
