3 Remote Call Center Agent Training
NTI wants you to be successful and has developed self-paced and instructor-led training programs. To ensure you have a chance to succeed in your new position, you will participate in our Remote Call Center Agent (RCCA) training.
The RCCA class is taught online, in a group setting, and showcases the skills over 3.4 million call center agents across the U.S. have mastered on their typical workday. In this training, you'll learn about customer service and the skills and requirements for being a successful remote call center agent.
Expect short assignments, quizzes, role-playing, and self-study topics to prepare you for this demanding but rewarding position as you complete RCAA. This training is held 3 days per week for 3 hours each day.
