What You Need To Know

Our process involves the following steps

  • Step 1: Submit your online registration. You will be asked for a resume when you register. Don’t worry about making your resume perfect, we will help with that. A document with your basic employment history will be fine for this step.

  • Step 2: Computer Literacy and Typing Assessment. After you
    register, you will be directed to take a short computer literacy and typing assessment with Criteria. These assessments will inform us about your current aptitude with a computer. If your computer skills are rusty, we will be able to direct you to a training workshops to help you with that!

  • Step 3: Complete your Individual Work Plan (IWP). You will work with your Employment Specialist to complete your IWP. This form documents your short and long-term employment goals and the services LAJS will offer to help you reach them.

  • Step 4: Training Services. Based on your assessments in Step 2, we may recommend you attend a training course or the NTI-certified three-day RCCA class. Both help you gain the skills that our hiring-employers are requesting!

  • Step 5: Apply for Jobs. Once you have completed any suggested training, you will get access to Our Career Website. There you will be able to see all the positions we are currently offering.

The Types of Positions We Offer

NTI@Home partners with hiring employers to offer a wide range of exclusive work-at-home positions including customer service, sales, and tech support. Our partner-employers are in industries ranging from insurance, medical, retail, hospitality to the government.

Once you complete your registration for NTI@Home, you will be provided more information on how to apply for our open jobs. 

The amount of jobs open at any given time varies.

Not sure what position would be best? Our Job Coaches and Talent Acquisition Specialists can also help you decide on that.  

If you aren’t chosen for a job, your Talent Acquisition Specialist will explain why. He or she will suggest how to increase your odds of success the next time around.
