NTI encourages our employees to seek opportunities for development and career advancement through transfer/promotion from within. In order to be considered for another NTI employment opportunity, you must be an employee in good standing, have met minimum performance standards, and worked a minimum of 12 months post graduation from training before being considered for another position within NTI. Once you decide to pursue a new employment opportunity you must submit a two-week notice.
